I have several favourite artists but top 3 are

3rd - Dr dre, His lyrics send a huge message and the beats are Great.

2nd - Lil wayne, His voice is 1 of a kind and he blends all kinds of music together. Completely ingenious.

1st - Jay Z - If you havnt heard a jay z song you are missing out on alot, jay z is the most creative rapper ever, he has won several awards 1 of which was the rapper of the century over-taking snoop dog and tupac.

Eminem probably. He's pretty good imo, lots of originality from him.
Btw if you say Lil Wayne, you are teh gayz. Lil wayne steals his lyrics... lolz

My favourite is Eminem. I don't listen to his music so often anymore, but I like how his lyrics always have some sort of story that makes sense. Many people dislike him for that particular reason, but I find that describing how much your life may suck could make some people feel better about themselves, which is a good thing. I also like his hip-hop songs 'cause I find that the music videos are funny. :D ("Without Me" is just silly.)

He's also one of the only rappers (as far as I know) that didn't make a dozen songs about hoes/money/their "n" words/shooting people. After hearing some miscellaneous rap songs, I see that Eminem is very comprehensible, in comparison to other rap artists.
