Here they are! The update deeply anticipated by many! Skill capes!

These are given to players who have managed to achieve the almighty 99 skill. They're obtained by purchasing them from the Legends Guild, They will cost 2M per cape to obtain, with the exception of all combat capes costing 8M cash each. They will boost your player's stats. They are sold by NPC Turael who is located neat the entrance of the Legends Guild, Trade him to buy the skill capes.

You must be a premium to buy the skill capes, This can either be bought via the "Upgrade to Premium" link or bought for 1.2M RuneScape.com money from an administrator.

Btw i would buy prem but Jagex killed the Runescape economy with the grand exchange. I had about 1.3m and was going to buy prem. When they realesed the grand exchange the made a set price for my full rune t. I had some other items i needed to sell that i bought for low and now im actualy losing money. also, the prices of gems went way up and i cant craft to get my money. I could make 100k+ and hour crafting gems.
