but what now what file i should write there i don't know man there says:

tags:____________ ex:truck,dodge ram
file type: image
video
resize: and i butted there avatar (100*75)
share:|_| send it via e-mail
upload now

Top right of your keyboard there should be a key that says "Print Screen SysRq" press it, open up paint and paste. It should show up there. Then just crop out your stats.

Then go to tinypic and upload it there.

i got on keyboard a button and it says insert print screen

yeah, thats the button, that copies the whole screen that you have.

Yea then paste in Paint cut out what you want or don't want then go to www.tinypic.com and upload it.
