Alas, my friends, the time has finally come. It's been a wonderful year with you all, but this community simply lacks the fun and innocence it once had. This new era in Dodian's history may very well be its last, and while I do not wish to look like a pessimist, I feel entirely like one.

My optimism has run out. I no longer hope that this community will excel under it's new administrators - administrator, rather, but an old administrator has changed from a wonderful person to a ignorant child blinded by the compliments and soothing oration of our new administrator. The days where we could voice an opinion, whether it be negative or positive, are now over.

The new staff team absolutely reeks of mediocrity, and I shall not stand by to watch the place I made my home for the last year crumble entirely. To my disbelief, I have watched a blossoming flower bloom into a world of gray clouds. I am not leaving my friends behind, if anyone still wants to talk to me as I'm gone, please send me a private message and I'll reply with my MSN.

I'll assume you all don't know why I'm quitting, and I suppose some explanation is required:

The reason solely lies between the actions of Moose and Guthan. Guthan used to be one of my best friends, but as soon as Moose came into power, I was immediately cast out as an infant whining about everything. Recently, the staff changes and policy changes have been much too idiotic, and every opinion I voice results in a major argument. This being said, I'll leave my notes to both of you.

Guthan: I truly did like you. I still do, in fact, because what you for me is almost too kind. You gave me chances that I needed in order to experience the administrator role, you mentored me, helping me along the way. Without you, I doubt I would have ever sat at my position as an administrator. Recently, though, you have changed. Some shadow has clouded your thoughts, and every action seems to be blinded. We never thought of these changes when I was an administrator, and unfortunately the smooth oration of Moose has poisoned you. Wake up!

Moose: I apologize for praising you when you came. I loved you when you first came to the server, though. I gave you everything you wanted because I wanted you to excel. I absolutely kissed the ground under your feet as a forum moderator. And why wouldn't I? A teacher of my favorite subject, literally coming into the community where I exercised this talent? What a beautiful opportunity. When Dodian replaced me with you, I still idolized you. I assured the community you would do wonderfully, and you did, for a while. Unfortunately, your power caught up quickly to your head, and you started making staff changes left and right. Your friend Cariz, who you had suggested time and time again for a moderator position, immediately sat as your right hand man, worshiping you - so you gave him player mod. I admit, I was skeptical, and after the argument I had with him I was even more doubtful, but you're right, he seemed to do his job. Though there was a problem with him. Your attachment to him easily biased your decisions, and you became unfair. I wish you would have listened to me as you once did before shooting me down, as my ideas for this community were for the better. You have let me down, and as you said today, apparently I'm the only one who disagrees with you. Heed my advice, Moose: the second you fall, you will be kicked on the ground.

I now will address the community as a whole.

I really do love most of you guys. You're all brooding with undiscovered talents and intelligence, and I hope you all find them as you grow. Even though some of you may be older than me, I appreciate you listening to my tiring lectures about grammar and spelling. I hope you all hunker down well through the storm that is dawning. The majority of you I have befriended, whether or not you know that. I consider very few of you as idiots, regardless of my taunts.

To those of you I do not like:

I am not absolute, guys. I'm not omnipotent, and my opinions are only my opinions: do not forget this. You all have the potential to be intelligent or to excel further, and just because we butt heads does not mean you are good for nothing.

Because finding a community of intelligentsia is difficult at the moment, I will remain on the IRC and occasionally post when things come up. When I find a community that I like, I will more than likely be gone - permanently (unless this is fixed beforehand.)

I agree with you. There has been far too many changes in this community, and I don't think we can take it all and just absorb it. You were one of my closest friends, and in fact, my favourite administrator. I can't bear to see you leave. You probably increased all of our IQ' s by 90%. I disagree, Moose won't because of the owner's decision to not check up on anything day to day. In my opinion, Winten should be the MOST active of all; not Masuraki or Bloodyrage07. I mean, he didn't even know I was a mod until three days before I was demodded. "AND" he has IP banned me, so he would of made sure that I wouldn't be one if he actually payed attention.

So in conclusion, Moose will be around for a LONG time because there is no one to tell him what he cannot do. Also, it doesn't really help that everyone worships him only because they think he gives nice people moderator.

I've seen the administrators make more pathetic moves, giving positions to who they think would be good, but in the end they aren't and it makes this place worse. For example, making some idiot 12 year olds or whatever in charge of report a rule breaker, I mean what the ****. That's how all the bull**** about people getting muted/banned for swearing, even if it wasn't at someone. Noles was the worse choice dodian could have made for administrator, sure people looked up to him, but ever since he became admin it all got ****ed up. I knew from the day he stood as admin, I regretted suggesting him as mod. I have no clue who is choosing some of the staff now, a majority of them aren't good at their job and shouldn't have it. It was actually good when we had administrators like Webber who knew what they were doing. Well, would say more but I can't be ****ed wasting my time.
