This is just a Work in progress at the moment.
The Shadows of Dark.
The curtain of daylight is slowly drawn,
And the canvas of night is rolled over.
The creatures of sunlight retreat to warmth,
And the shady beings advance.
The creatures weave between the shadows of dark,
Like a serpant amongst long grass.
Predator or prey, matter seases to exist,
As the mystery in their movement is vast.
Sparrows and swallows and birds alike,
Slice through the air like butter and knife.
From badger to beetle all mammals stay live,
As consumers bare claws, their fastrack to survive.
Through the moon light down, and the sun shine rise,
The lion roars and the barn owl cries.
And so the night has come to an end,
Just a twelve hour period, night's around the bend.
