Great bank, and nice account too. This is just a suggestion, but if you want a skillcape easy, spend that money on like 100k maple logs, and if you burn all of them, BAM! 99 firemaking. The good thing about it, is that it's one of the cheapest 99's to get. I don't know, it's up to you. Just a suggestion.
