everytime i try to log into the web client
a black screen pops but
and it has 5 steps but idk what to do
nothing makes sence
plzzzz help me

Happened to me before, try refreshing/restarting your computer.

Just open a new webpage. It means you have tried loading the webclient two times in the same internet window.

u wont need to restart ur computer, u just have to open a new internet window, like glamorous said.

1) Restart your browser.
2) Turn your internet connection on/off and then try.
3) Make sure your Java is up to date.
4) Try the downloadable version of the client which can be found Here:
http://dodian.com/DodianClient.zip
