Whip 4 Whip scams

Enough is ENOUGH.
The staff and I are tired. Tired of all the complaints of being scammed with the "Whip 4 Whip" stake, This is when you don't stake anything, but the winner receives the losers whip.
If you do a Whip for whip with someone, make sure you take TWO screen shots. The first one must show both of you agreeing to give the whip after the duel. And the second screenshot should show that you had won the duel. If you want, You may record a video of everything.

So if You come to us wanting your whip with no evidence(Such as a screenshot or video) you will not get your whip.
If you believe players are going to hand over an item if they lose, then you need to be aware you are risking not actually getting the item. Staking like this is at your own risk, so without evidence, you won't get your items.

My idea is : just dont stake, u always get scammed by bronze gloves,leather boots, splitbark gloves, power ammy and that kind of trash, its not fun anymore to stake on this server, i quited staking btw, i only skill now :) Good luck guys on staking

Because whip for whip stakes aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Such a rule would be practically ignored and ridiculously difficult to implement. Simpler to let players know that whip for whip staking is at their own risk.

But can't mods check chat logs ?

Do you have any idea how many thousands of comments are logged everyday? With so many issues to handle in a community of this size, moderators cannot take the time to sift through chat logs.

They have to have evidence to ban people just do what they say and stop complaining they have to much stuff to handle, its hard to handle everybody's problems, take screenies or just DONT stake. Its your choice.

Thanks for the info seno, But my opinion is that people should already know to give whip if they lose, So go ahead and take the pic's or video, But if the person makes you have to turn it into mods, I think there should still be a punishment for them because, That is still kinda scamming, Plus I'm not sure, But that would get pretty annoying with the mods having to check this every time someone whips for whips stakes which is alot... That i see =\... All i wanted to see the punishment be is a mute and it continues you know what. That's all i wanted to say. Thanks seno! :)

Sorta, Whip for whip stake is when you have 2 whips, One to stake on the stake screen and one to use while staking, On the otherhand whip for whip is where you only have 1 whip and you dont stake it on the stake screen, You just use it to stake and loser has to trade it to you and this is where the scamming comes in because, Once people die, They don't give the whip...

Well spoken Lord, Seno.. Guys must watch their own whip and not come to mods if they are stupid and lose it :)

Regular players, like me could help support the ppls lost their whips and help em earn new items :)

I like that rule, so then people can't just make up those things and get free whips.
