This is one of the best ways to make money in the game of Runescape other then killing high level monsters, and selling their drops(Dragon armor,etc,etc).
You need to be a member, and not completed the Femerik Trials(Must have started).
You need to bring 50K with you, and go to the Femerik lands. Their is an NPC that will transfer your items to your bank for you, find him. He is always wondering around a building with two doors. I believe he is called Sigmund or something like that.
Go over to the boats, and find the guy that will take you to "Water birth island". Pay to go over there and collect as much snape grass as possible. Take the boat back, and go to the NPC that can send items to your bank. Drop your coins(only so they aren't sent to your bank as well), talk to him and have him send your snape grass(with coins on the ground) to your bank. Pick up your coins, and repeat the process for however many times you can with 50K.

I would add that if you did finish the fremennik quest you can do the fremennik diaries to get the ability to bank with peer the seer. As well as price of snape grass and income per hour.
