How do u get higher activity level?

Also do u get something when u get 100% activity?

One day i didnt post alot and i came back and i lost 5% activity.

please help me under activity.

Activity is by how much you post per day, and you lost 5% activity because you weren't active on forum.

If you are the player with the highest level and 100% activity, you earn the activity award.

activity comes from posting, so its more like a spamming points not activity. i'm always on forums, reading threads, but i don't have to post, i'm posting when its neccessery, i'm not active then? lol.
if your activity is 100% for a long time, and your always active, you will get a activity award, but its rarely given out.
so, actually activity doesn't show your real activity, it just shows how much you post.
