Why can't we login on more computers in the same network after one router?
Is this because there is only one loggin possible from the same IP.
When a computer in our network logs out, another one can log in.

You are indeed correct. You can only login on one IP at a time to stop people from logging on two accounts on the same computer. The only way to stop that is to limit a IP to be on the server at one time.
