You get phats off the thieving chest i think. It's upstairs in general shop. Dragon weapons you get from monsters, not sure which, but its in the red key dungeon or something. The armor, you get from monsters too. In the red key dungeon.

dude its very similar to rs2 get your skills up.. minning fishing woodcutting adn sell the materials u get for money thats other players use to get up other skills.. smithing cooking and fletching.. or get theiving up to 80 and pickpoket heros or theive the chest they have added recently.. you can also just kill monsters and get the drops like mith items and sell them to players who need them.. hope this helped..
