My format is this, the 1st digit being 1/?(Ofxmods) with 1 being the best as your activity, the 2nd digit is the work you have done.

All the Newbs *****ing and flaming about this topic are just wanna-be suck-ups, who think they can receive a staff position for kissing major ass. Go wipe off your brown noses, they're so unattractive.
I agree with the title to some extent, as some of the current Moderators and Administrators are decent. Just the majority of them "blow."

How can I get a 4 for my activitiy (which you apparently seem to think is low) yet a 2 for the work I put into it.

That does not make sense - use the format and respond with comments rather than a ridiculous point system which nobody understands properly except you.
