You resigned not too long ago for a much needed/deserved break; I think you wore yourself out, so this time just take things a little more smoothly (that's just my opinion on the matter)

You love rising to the challange of getting something done & you've been a consistant contributor to the staff team and in my opinion the backbone of the team. Your activity has lacked in recent months on forum's, but I'm sure your still doing a top notch job behind the scenes etc. I never have a bad word to say about you, you are perfect for the role you play and I'd love to see you in the same position you are in the far future.

When you were Player moderator back when I was I though me & you were quite similar to be honest. We were both always rushing around together, tending to the same issues, active on forums. It's the same now, and you've put that little bit extra in and achieved Global! Your not Administrator material in my opinion, but you never know, eh?

However whenever I see you online your ALWAYS dealing with a problem, instead of hiding away from your duties. So far I'll say your a definite candidate for Global sometime.

On one hand I see you stopping all these 'dupers' etc etc and working your way around Dodian to stop rule breakers, which is all good and well. On the other hand you can act very arrogant and come across as though you think your above the rest of the community, purely beacause your a moderator. I've seen you swearing obscenely before in front of many members. I'm not saying my language is the most perfect, but as a moderator you should be setting an example & I know you have to deal with alot with your past/history but you should start asking yourself, Should I be a moderator? if you are failing to cope with members of the public giving you crap.

Many people like you, many people dislike you for a number of reasons tbh. My personal view is your a good guy to get along with & because yuor from the same country as me, I tend to see you online alot. Your afk alot though...which is frustrating to many people so perhaps look at your activity? As Global you did your job, but I didn't see as much as I thought I should, it waslike you were just 'fluttering' on the edges of your job requirements. Maybe Player moderator is where you belong? Lets see, eh?

Unless It's timezones I never see you across the Forums I don't know but something needs to be done. You seem like an intelligent guy, so pick up the pace and work your way up. I can see you being Global if you were to play ingame.

Your an extremely hard worker & are fully committed to keeping these forums clean. It's as though you set yourself a goal to stop 10 rule breakers, and end up stopping 100. What you have come and done here at Dodian is incredible, I'd just advise becoming a tad more active :)

You also have a sense of humour when closing threads etc, which is a great addition as it shows you have an open personality and you can have a good laugh when doing your job. I'd love to see you work up through the ranks again & I'm sure a little effort ingame could earn you a promotion.
