You have an activity bar; If you use a Vbulliten Forums you get... You have admincp powers for your own forums.

Depends on the Forum type you use, I dont really get how they actually work lol.

You need a vB licence (got mine last week :P) And then you need to put it into the Theme which you upload on the host, When you buy vB forums, You also need to buy a webhost aswell.
