Well I was going to Install my new cam, and as I started installing, it said That I had to remove the oldest version of logitech ( I bought new one). So I went on configuration thing, to remove it and when I pressed removing, It's wrote that The "admnistrator", which is me, has configurated the system "politic", to forbid the installation. And I click "ok" and it says that I don't have the rights to remove/install this. forbid the installation : I don't know what to do about it, since I never did it, or I just don't know about it, and now can't install and remove anything via the fonctionality & programs.

Please help me?...

Vista? Xp Or Mac?

Try finding the unstilation file, by going

Start>Programs>Name of cam> Uninstall

That's if you have windows, but now when clicking on "uninstall" Make sure to Rightclick and Select "Run as Administrator" (even though your still Admin)

You can't Right click on this, and also can't "run as an administrator", since it's only the administrator who can use it.

Try this go to Command prompt (if you cant find it it should be here C:\Windows\system32 Named CMD) Right click it and chose run as admin

k now type in

net user administrator /active:yesthan log off/switch users you should see account named administrator there should be no pass needed. than try uninstalling

To turn off
run CMD as admin again and type in

net user administrator /active:no

ps I do not know if you have to do it in french lol.
