Well since the accused on my last thread is the only one who looked at it, (As well as having Sectional in that area of course he closed it.) I'll have to make this re-make.

If you would be so kind to look at recent transactions, XmaximisX first muted me for calling him a dumb**** in-game. After that mute expired, I said Nova was a whore out of fun, which action was already taken for another mute duration. This time it's Yell Abuse, and I get banned for "constant cussing". Which by the way had already been action took twice. So basically XmaximisX banned me for something that had already been treated. Or I do remember the facts as an ex-moderator, if it gets out of hand the 24-hour mutes stop and the xday-week ones start. No bans had anything to do with punishments chat-related. Frankly, this doesn't "teach" me or anyone to not do anything again. It only persuades us to make rant threads like these.

Also in the IRC, XmaximisX was trying to see to it that Nitrogen (Robert) was incorrect about some kid. They continued taunting him so Robert wanted to end the conversation and XmaximisX bans Nitrogen (Operator) from the IRC.

Five nights ago when I ran on XmaximisX in an in-game duel. Which is a mile far from a rule to kick me from something completely opposite to do with it.

I think there may be some abuse or general flaming from the moderator. But if the staff was gonna do anything about it, they wouldve by now. Making these threads will only get you in trouble.

Well no it will not if I haven't had an answer of what's to happen, the only reply is from the accused in a joke note.;(They would've by now.) I did something wrong that got me demodded four days later.

Well you are both at fault. I have to admit Max is at fault with some of the things he said and that he should of conserved himself better. Zaven you do constantly curse towards people and that is also wrong. As there is no certain punishment for a certain rule a moderator can take action that they feel is necessary as long as it is logical.

Why don't you instead of making pointless threads like this, post all of your evidence to admins. Because im going to ban you from the forums if you continue to post threads constantly.
