What happens with items I lose if I dc during duel ? Can I get them back ? I just staked a whip and I was wining but I dc'd before the fight was over.. And I think every1 dc'd , so my oponent couldnt have those whips either.. And he said so too..

I doubt you can get your items back. The Dodian staff do not refund items anymore.
