You are a great staff member, that is more behind the scenes.
Also, anyone that is an admin gets respect from me because they have to earn it.

How, pretell, would you expect people to earn your respect when you're such a rare sight? I agree - the community here needs to work out some of its' "teenage authority" problems, and they need to have more respect for the staff - but of all of the staff members here, you are the one I've seen the least in my short term here.

The reason I hate staff feedback is all around you. People base their comments off of complete opinion. I have been ridiculed for the entire time I've been here, it's no wonder I don't come around to talk to random people. The respect I have for people comes from following the rules. The staff members that you see around here, or at least most of them, have earned my respect.

What else do they have to base their comments off of? And do you expect people's opinions to miraculously change by not being immensed in the community you watch over?

Don't get me wrong...I don't like the vast majority of the people here. There are trolls, racists, and a large amount of grammar-impaired members in Dodian that get on my nerves. There's a minority of people that have surprised me, though. There are good people here - if there weren't then I would've left by now. I don't have an educated opinion of you because it would be impossible for me to know who you are exactly without studying posts you've made in the past. I'm just saying that I'd like to see you and a few of the other staff members (who have an opportunity to be role models) become more immersed in the community.

Awhile back Guthan was on often, i remeber seeing her at slayer alot aswell

And with the respecting of staff i think many people kiss up to them, not much of a respect factor.
