Behind the scenes means that I do my job without much communication to the general community. I am not behind the scenes with the staff.

I handle policy and administer the rules globally. Everything I do effects the server either directly or indirectly. I do more tickets than anyone will ever be able to do along with player appeals and general glitch reports. I handle staff decisions, along with the other administrators, to help better the community. My job isn't to scout the server, it's to lead the community; that is why I say I am not obligated to go on the server. I help make it possible for the server to be ran smoothly and in an organized manner. If you think differently, then you obviously haven't been paying attention.

This isn't just directed towards this feedback either, but everyone single one saying i need to be more active. Just because i can't bother to reply with a 'closed' or state my opinion on pointless matters doesn't mean i don't do my job.
