My First ever staff feedback that everyone can see not just admins who read my Bi weekly Gmod reports.

You have worked for everyone and you are a great admin. I know I can always come to you and ask you a question I may have and you can help me. 10/10

The last Live Support chat you have done was 09 Aug 2008 03:09 PM and you only have around 200 total chats so you’re not active on live support chats (don't worry I got that covered have around 800 chats) In game you’re not very active at all but you have said admins are not obligated to go in game but the priority of Dodian is his server I would say and many will agree with me. The only tickets I can see are General and I take care of them for the most part so I don't know how help desk work.

yeah, Im in game a lot so I see like 90% of the in game mods lol, I also try to do forums and livesupport...etc

Then obviously you don't know what an administrator does. Behind the scenes means that I do my job without much communication to the general community. I am not behind the scenes with the staff.

I handle policy and administer the rules globally. Everything I do effects the server either directly or indirectly. I do more tickets than anyone will ever be able to do along with player appeals and general glitch reports. My job isn't to scout the server, it's to lead the community; that is why I say I am not obligated to go on the server. Also, you are right about the server being the most important part of Dodian, however, I help make it possible for the server to be ran smoothly and in an organized manner. If you think differently, then you do not know what an administrator is.
