Why did I do it?
I wish I never did,
I feel the regret.

I sense sadness,
I cry of broken dreams,
It makes me feel cheerless,
Regretful and I feel the misery.

I didn’t mean to,
It was a mistake,
Please give me a new chance.

I can prove what I have to do,
A chance would mean hope,
With my world fading, I sob.
Regret.

There was no flow, I also think it wouldn't hurt to add a touch of rhyme.
