uhhm, yes actually a runescape player can have 9hp, it had something to do with the runescape classic switch to runescape 2 (the one now). You can be 60 def and 9hp; there is xp lamps and you can read at the bottom in the chat "you spend 1 zeal point.." from Soul wars. unlike Pest Control you don't have to do anything in SW to gain the points.

Also that price check was from an f2p account and then that account in the armour setup was an p2p account and had 99 str ..

Guys, 9 HP is possible...Accounts made in runescape classic had 1000exp for their hp and when they switched it to RS2 the exp changed to 1250exp for their HP making it 10 or something like that...I've had 9 HP accounts before
and you can train at soul wars without gaining any HP levels
You can make a 99 defence pure with only 10 Hitpoints using soul wars

and when RS2 was made they changed the starting exp on HP which was maybe 1250exp

The accounts with 9 HP have 1000exp
and the accounts with 10hp have 1250exp
