Well,first,draw anything, I drawn a small 3-d like rectangle

Now, click on, frame 50,or 40,30,20,etc Then right click on that frame and click "Insert frame"

Now,make a new layer and then add a circle on that layer

Theeen,you right click on the second layer,and click "Mask"

Next,you unlock the second layer,and make the 50th frame on the second layer a key frame.On the 50th keyframe, move the circle to another side,make sure it passes the object you drew.Right click on any of the frames in the second layer,then click,motion tween

Now,lock the second layer,then click Ctrl+Enter to test your movie.If you think its too slow,then change the fps (frame per second) to 18.
