You recently sent a Query asking about all of our recent changes with our Graphics and Interfaces.

Our answer to your Question is Yes. We are doing our best here at Jagex to change anything and

everything we can to make sure Runescape does not look like MoparScape in any way shape or form.

This will prevent further Scams so our fellow players aren't confuzed with Private Servers and

the real Game.

I had recently this past week asked Customer Support about why after all these years is there a sudden need for Graphical and Interface Changes? Is Private Server's to Blame? or are you just doing the change to improve the Mood of the Game itself?
