Ok all you people, do you know how to make money? No? then you are at the right place. This is a money making method called "decanting". make sure you keep it secret, because the less people that do it, the more money you make :P
Ok all right, this is good, because you dont have to more at all, except a little.
Go to the G/E and buy any type of potion. If you dont have a lot of money i recommend super strength potion, if you do have money, get prayer potions.
Make sure everything has (3) doses of potion. Then you go the herblore dude, located just to the southwest of the ge, still in the enclosed area. Go the option decant, and you're 28 three doses of potion are now 21 4 doses of potion. make sure you're buying a couple of gp over market, and sell at max. it takes a few minutes to buy, and a few to sell. but a few minutes at most. Also, sell the vials if you want at market. And i made about 100k in 30 minutes and im poor. Prayer potions make you more money, but its slower. So do watever you want, and if you have comments or whatever, just put them here, thanks! :)

I actually found it more profitable to bot eye of newts in f2p. Spent less than 3k for the eye of newts and made ~110k in a few hours from it, doing nothing (which is helpful with a broken hand). This method would be good if I was member, but I'm not, so sadly I can't use it.

Merchant helms of neitizinot, buy at the king in the isles quest and then drop when you got like 100 of them sell them for middle price on g.e and there.. 50k in 5-10 minutes.

you can do it with regular strength pot. but you only make 5k each run of about 200 pots....until you make enough for like 500 pots...

You're right I tried this when I was f2p I gained like 10 gp if I sold the vials and strength pots at max not worth it.
