Question: Why do you have about three <head> tags? You do not need more then one.

Because it is not needed. You only need one <head> tag.

You need to add a style tag in the <head> tag.
Example:
<html>
<head>
<style>

body {
font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 80%;
color: black;
background-color: #ffc;
margin: 1em;
padding: 0;
}

</style>
</head>
</html>

Just add that into your source and it'll be fine.
