I downloaded the client and i can't seem to get it to work any suggestions?

Try doing this Click tools -> internet options -> delete files, before you click delete files check the box. Then it should work.

is that for the one that u download because i open it with winrar then i have no idea what to do

If you downloaded the cilent files (NOt the web one) extract it from winrar then click Run Dclient
