okay, firstly i would love to make this guide! If it is not needed, lock or something.. but a few people have asked :D
Information i would suggest!
- if you are going to auto, i would suggest a "Membership" and an okay account.
- the reason for this, is you are less likely to get caught, or even banned!
- If you have any questions, post them here or visit www.RSBot.org
- I set up an account on RsBot,
- Username = Dodian_Users
- Password = Dodianowns
- i think you would have to register to this website, as the RSBot can get out of date, and you would need to update as runescape gets updated.
Required Programs for this to happen
WinRaR -- http://www.win-rar.com/index.php?id=938&dl=wrar380.exe
step 1 - Login to RSBot and Download Client
http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/4712/step1download.jpg (http://img7.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step1download.jpg)
Login with the above username and password, and click the button above in the picture named "Download" which is a direct link to the download of "RSBot"
Step 2 - Extracting to a folder
You would need to make a new folder, which i named mine "RSBot" for you to extract it in! Below is the picture after you press "Extract to" at the top of WinRaR
http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/7587/step2extract.jpg (http://img43.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step2extract.jpg)
Step 3 - Folder Structure
You would have to make sure your folder structure is like this, for it to work; if you have followed my guide.. it should look the same!
http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/2395/step3folderstructure.jpg (http://img5.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step3folderstructure.jpg)
Step 4 - Downloading RSBot Scripts
To download a RSBot script, first you would have to visit http://www.rsbot.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=10 which would bring you up a list of scripts.
Step 5 - Saving your scripts
To Save a Script, you would follow these steps
1) They would post the contents of their scripts, in these! you would have to highlight it all, as show below;
http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/9728/step5savingascriptpart1.jpg (http://img32.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step5savingascriptpart1.jpg)
2)You would have to open up the program "Notepad" and copy the contents of what you found on the post into this like so;
http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/822/step5savingascriptpart2.jpg (http://img13.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step5savingascriptpart2.jpg)
3)You would then have to save the file as "Name.Java" for example;
http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/3684/step5savingascriptpart3.jpg (http://img7.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step5savingascriptpart3.jpg)
The location in which you save your scripts, is in your main folder, and in the section mini-folder named "Scripts"
Being able to use the scripts you have downloaded!
To use scripts you have downloaded, after putting them into the folder, is where you need JDK which is the next step! you would need to close down the client and "compile" the scripts. which is shown below!
http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/9128/step7runningofthersbotpv.jpg (http://img43.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step7runningofthersbotpv.jpg)
Step 6 - Downloading JDK (Java Development Kit)
https://cds.sun.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/CDS-CDS_Developer-Site/en_US/-/USD/ViewProductDetail-Start?ProductRef=jdk-6u13-oth-JPR@CDS-CDS_Developer
You would click the above link, and download the latest version of JDK if you are planning on saving scripts as you need to compile them. The picture below shows how to do this;
Stage 1
http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/5647/step6downloadingjdkpart.jpg (http://img8.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step6downloadingjdkpart.jpg)
Stage 2
http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/5647/step6downloadingjdkpart.jpg (http://img7.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step6downloadingjdkpart.jpg)
Stage 3
http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/9872/step6downloadingjdkparth.jpg (http://img7.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step6downloadingjdkparth.jpg)
If you followed these 3 stages, you should have JDK, which allows you to run RSBot
Step 7 - Running Of the RSBot
To Run the RSBot, open up the program either called play or play-free, depending if you are member or not, and at the top there should be a button, that is shown in the picture below.
http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/3156/step7runningofthersbot.jpg (http://img43.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step7runningofthersbot.jpg)
You would then need to set up your account, so you are able to run RSBot, you would follow the picture above then do exactly what i have done below.
http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/9607/step7runningofthersbotp.jpg (http://img40.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step7runningofthersbotp.jpg)
Below is an image which shows you the contents of the start button, and which each button does. Below this picture i will go into more detail on them.
http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/9607/step7runningofthersbotp.jpg (http://img5.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step7runningofthersbotp.jpg)
Once you press the "Run Script" button, Below shows the picture of what you will get, which is where you are able to select which script to use.
http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/5351/step7runningofthersbotpa.jpg (http://img5.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step7runningofthersbotpa.jpg)
I would suggest not to touch the "AntiRandoms" as these are fine...
On the section of "File" there is "Select AntiBans" which should come with "breakhandler" this means that every so often, the bot would take a rest, and your account might log out, depending on how long the break is, if you watch your account auto, this is not needed. but looks like this;
http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/4521/step7runningofthersbotpu.jpg (http://img5.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step7runningofthersbotpu.jpg)
Information on this
Normally you would have to stand where the bot would take place, and it would carry on as normal for you.. If not the bot would teleport to lumbridge and walk to where you will auto.. but it normally says on screen.
Step 8 - the "User Input" button
This is the button that controls whether you have control over the mouse, as well as the RSBot. If you have control, the light will be green, if you don't the light will be red. which is shows below;
http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/9607/step7runningofthersbotp.jpg (http://img43.imageshack.us/my.php?image=step7runningofthersbotp.jpg)
THANK YOU FOR READING :D
if you have any questions, please post them.. and i will answer them as detailed as i can :D
