YES guys! it exists..

its for max players with every stat 99.
(its not me, its a friend.. but i though i would post to see if anyone knew)

Wow, that's pretty cool. I never knew that and I played Runescape 1 before 2 was ever released. Shows how much I get on Runescape Forums.

but i don't think you can see it until you are fully maxed ;)

Never knew that was there.
Although, I have never made a post on the Runescape Forums, because I didn't notice it until I cancelled membership.

its a secret forums for maxed player's only..

unless you get 99 in every stat, you will never see it :D

i also have a screenshot of the letter you recieve, saying "moderators cannot see this unless they get maxed" and it's "Lil-Fusion" i will post the letter you recieve.

i thought it was pretty interesting :D

Duh... It has been known for quite a while now that there is a secret forum for maxed players and one for clan leaders too.

question: if Jagex release a new skill, doesnt that mean that the maxed players arent maxed and cannot acces this forum until they get 99 in the new skill?

Well I got proof from a Mod on the Runescape Forums saying that it is indeed real and that Forum Moderators (unless their maxed also) are not allowed in that section.
