Well, since some can't tell the difference between who's who, I'm making this hierarchy...

Hierarchy:

Dodian
IRC Operators
Channel Owners [~]
Server Operators [&]
Channel Operators [@]
Half Operators [%]
Voice [+]
Regular users

Rules of the Hierarchy:

No other hierarchy over-rides this in the IRC except for in #staff. (see rule #3)
Forum, & Live Support administrators are entitled to any rank on any of Dodian's official channels without question if they're not already an IRC Operator. Not abiding by this will result in punishment.
The only channel on the IRC that abides by the Forum hierarchy is #staff.
There's no such thing as having only your way. Majority wins. (Depending on the situation)
Rules are to be enforced - doesn't matter who breaks them.
Any IRC Spamfilter, rule, enforcement, punishment, censor, rank, etc. shall not be removed by another operator without consent from the publishing operator. It MUST be discussed upon removal. Failure to do so will result in question of your operator status and/or a possible punishment.
You listen to people ranked above you. If you have a problem, take it up with an IRC Operator.
Rules aren't deleted in another channel without discussion with either the channel owner, or another IRC Operator.
Channel Rules are to be abided for. If broken, you are liable for any form of punishment from the owner of the channel or an IRC Operator.
Banning people of the same rank will result in punishment. Take your problems to a higher ranked user.
If an IRC Operator feels something was necessary, don't complain, argue, or *****. Simply question them if anything as to why they did so.

Note: This is for the IRC. It has NOTHING to do with the Forums, Live Support, or DodianWars other than the discussion that takes part in it. Therefore, it has perfect right to have its own Hierarchy. It was approved by Dodian.
