I have a couple of questions about Dodianwars

1.No, you need to register there.
2.It's a game where you build ships, gather some resources for buildings etc.
3.Yeah I think so.

By the way, it doesn't have to do with the server, it's not related to Runescape private servers.

Is Dodian going to make it like the old Dodian Wars? I hope so. I don't like how it's like those browser games.

It appears to currently be a Modern Military style browser based game. As the old Dodian Wars(Ugamela Ogame Clone) was a Futuristic Sci-Fi browser game. This version seems to be sporting the style of tanks, infantry, and aircraft, whereas the older DodianWars sported different types of space craft.
