how do i get military buildings?

plz help i cant seem to figure out how to get military bulidings, so that i can get troops then send them off to hold other places. if anyone can offer some helpful advice that would be most appreciated.

You will need to build a University, then research the technology "Military Buildings". This will allow you to build a barracks. To research technologies after building the university, click on it's name and you will see the technology list. To Recruit soldiers, do the same but with your Barracks.
