Annoying glitch

Well I just upgraded my oil tower about 5 or 6 hours ago.
After the time finished it went to this:

Description Time remaining
Upgrade Oil Tower to level 2 finished
It's been sitting at finished for at least 5 hours. I've gone to different pages, logged out and back in, cleared cookies, everything. Still says that.
Kinda starting to piss me off a little bit.

Hope so. I think it could be because im building something in my barracks. Ill wait till that order is done and see if it finally finishes.

Yeah I can't do anything at all.

Happened to me plenty of times, i just left myself logged off for a while and it fixed it's self.

I just tried that. It's still stuck on "finished."

Happened to me on FireFox and IE, Chrome is Fine though.
