Ok it took me a few times to realise it, but when I send attacks to world 1 it requires no fuel or time to get there.

Idk, but I can attack territory 1 all I want without using any fuel.

dont abuse the bug now.

and lucky you can even do that, i can build anything. just have 1.5k of eahc sitting around, and not option to build nothing.

The bug will be fixed once beta is over. I informed Dodian about it last night.

It's not working for me any more tried it when the new skin was released.
