Yes, there's going to be a reset, and yes, it is going to be when the game is out of Beta.

I recommend everyone to just get a feel for the game and to post any bug/glitch that you find in the Bug & Glitches (http://dodian.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=266) section.
