Well, I click on "Military Buildings" seen here:

And then this comes up:

Shouldn't this be skinned?

It should be skinned, although, every time you do that on anything it comes like that. Dodian really doesn't care about it, so it is not on his "to do" list.

click on university > research military buildings

its not ready to be skined he figured that out when he made the messages their unreadable
