Skin glitched

Just saw this may as well post it.

I noticed that the bottom of the skin was a bit glitched on the bage where you manage your settlement.

As well as when you read a message the text is bigger than the red box that its suppose to be in.

What browser are you using? It works fine with Opera in 1280x1024 Screen resolution.

Working fine for me in Firefox, same screen resolution as stated above.
