Another Bug : Settlements

Well there is a bug, when you're looking at your settlements, Refer to your picture below.

Then if you click on any of the names (eg. Iron mine, Capitol), this shows up

Shouldn't there be detail about what you click on?

How do you know?
Maybe it's in the code and it isn't showing.
