1. Read the article - he sent that stuff to police undercover agents.
2. Even if it would have been a real girl, she would have told someone, not just let the perv rape her.

I know what wifi is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAC_address They can track you no matter what internet you use. Don't comment unless you know what you're talking about.

In case you don't understand I'll tell you in simpler terms.
Every computer has an ID to make sure the internet gets it to the place it wants to go and not, lets say, where your brother is going.
