There is a bug in where the messages are shown.
Take a look:

The name of your territory and the resources you have should't be shown where your messages are shown.

looks like u ran out of bugs to post. however i thinnk the name should still be shown but not resources

why shouldn't it be shown? maybe u lookin at a transport message and u wanna see if it came so you just scroll up and u see it.

this is the only bug i disagree with i dont think it is a bug.

This isn't a bug. In the world of coding these games, that would be your topmenu. It's a universal part of the template and is not removed by page unless you log out.
