I just finished reading The Shack by William P. Young. I'll definitely say that it caused me to think a lot. I also realized things that never really occurred to me before. I did like it, and I would recommend it.

*screams* Ok, yeah, definitely loved this book. Along with the rest in the series. Not my favorite book by any means, but definitely a good read.

Watching the movie helps people understand the book better, so i'll watch the movie first.

Like the first Harry Potter book, i read the book first and i was confused as heck, but when i watched the movie after i read the book, i understood the book a lot more.

I read that for school.

For all you fantasy nerds like me I recommend.

Darren Shan - Demonata (A series of 8 out now, more later ;))
Darren Shan - Cirque De Freak (A series of 10)
The Dresden Files

All are amazing. Darren Shan is the God of fantasy. The Dresden Files are really good. That author, though I forget his name, rocks.

I recently read the eighth Demonata book Wolfs Island. It was amazing.

Read the Harry Potter books before you see the movies...they're much more enjoyable that way. The movies generally leave out a lot of details.

I haven't had time to read much lately, but the last book I read was Angels and Demons by Dan Brown. I wanted to read it before I went to go see the movie - a great choice. There are some huge differences. I enjoyed this book much more than Brown's The Da Vinci Code. I'd reccommend it to anyone looking for an interesting read.

I read the Twilight series a while back as well...I loved it. Just like Marisa; it wasn't my favorite, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

I recently finished Miracle Boys.
It was a pretty good book, involving 2 young adults and 1 kid that had to go through life with out a mom or dad.
I suggest not reading it if your offended by the N word, because this book was made long ago when the word wasn't considered "bad."

This is a book that I haven't recently finished, I finished it about 4 years ago but it is my favorite book of all time. It's called 'Rocco' by Sheryl Jordan (I think), a New Zealand author. The book might be a bit simple but I for one love writing and reading and I wouldn't of read this book 20+ times if I didn't like it. It's a shame, I read it in year 6 due to our class having to read a book, so I picked this out of the library. After I read it, I was willing to buy it but they stopped printing it. =\

If you've seen the book and like fictional fantasy, this is good. It's based in modern times but the main character is having "dreams" about the events.
