Best combat xp in P2P

I currently have 83 str 73 att and 70 def. Where should I train my strength and what weapons and armor what be best to wear? Also, what quests would help me increase my str bonus? Like I've heard the one quest that lets you wear barrows gloves.

A Recipe for Disaster question is needed to be completed for Barrows Gloves. I would suggest botting your combat stats in the Barrows Cave while using that Barrows Rat Killer. If not, train on Yaks.

I personally powerleveled on Deadly Red Spiders using a whip + rune armor. I could recommend that or Yaks to you.

Yaks, good for money, and quality experience.

I recommend slayer, although it isn't the best experience and don't think you can bot. I can easily get 70-80k strength exp/hr depending on the task.

Armoured Zombies are the best experience there is for strength in RS. Up to 100k exp/hr. You need to do Defender of Varrock quest to access them. I don't know if there are bots for them.

Weapon: Saradomin Sword (best str weapon) or Dragon scimitar with rune defender (second best).
Armor: Bandos chestplate and tassets if you can afford. If not, fighter torso and rune/dragon legs/skirt. You could use proselyte armor (Slug Menace quest needed) with prayer potions and use prayers like +5% strength or piety for maximum experience. Dragon boots, fury/glory amulet, barrows gloves as they said.

Personally...I found this a bit of a pain because of no drops, but, experiments.

level 25, with 200 hp.

ONLY issues are..gotta start Creature of Ferkenstrain, the pkers who sit there training or the long respawn times.

BEST opinion, if you wanna train there, find a good spot in the far far west.


Or Yaks...Yaks are great xp, but people horde them

I recommend either Deadly Red Spiders or use Pc.
It depends on your style.
If you like mini games use PC.
If you just like flat out fast training spiders.

Bandits are pretty good for training but also the armored gorillas are very good training especially if you have dharoks and low hp. For the gorillas you need anti potions for the poison spiders and a little food just for precaution.

goblins in lummy is highest i've trained on and i got 99str on them so they can't be that bad.
