It is a bug, and I believe it needs to go above level 1, so many armies can be out at once.

Dodian is keeping it like that so we people like Me don't scare off new ppl so they don't play the game later( but since i waz hacked tx to seno its to late cause i have at least 7 ppl that accsesed my count

ok umm it says u cant have more than 1 out but i got 2 attacks at same time..
