Cancel Construction Bug

Hi everyone!
I found a bug. Please refer to the following picture for more detail:

If I were to hit "Cancel", this comes up
http://bugreportsmko.clan.su/Big2.bmp
I hope this can be fixed, so people can actually stop building processes.

This is also for researching, building troops, planes, cars, attacking, espionaging and transporting all of em cant click the cancel button...

u can espionage i can't says i need spies

ye u need albatros scout planes to spy.
