Help with my runescape account.

well i recently recovered my lvl 101 main.
Everything seemed fine.
I went to go login and it said my account was disabled. The account is safe in both ban and mutes. no black marks. The account is not locked. So why is my account disabled?

Go to the runescape forums and create a thread if you can, if not then submit a bug or something.

Try posting in the Jagex Lite section on the Runescape Forums. Jagex Mods are more likely to respond in that area and players provide a lot of help there also.

I've never heard of that happening. Have you tried unlocking it just in case? I have no idea lol.

Yea i went to the unlock it and it wont let me because it says the account is not locked.

No clue, and I've searched Runescape throughly for a Jagex Contact option, and there's not a single one for players except for the Forums. That's going to be your best shot. Sorry for all the problems.

The A$$ hole who hacked my account sent it into -56 days of debt..
So looks like i have to pay lol.. which I wont. so there goes runescape..

Hmm? That should be about $10 - $15 USD. If your desperate, I would do it, but then again I wouldn't throw away the money. Even after that, if you wanted membership you would still have to pay more. =\

Umm I dont know its like buyin membership then something happens and you dont pay and then you owe them money.
