This is very easy.First,make a shape or anything you want to tween.Now,highlight the shape and press f8 and convert it to a movie clip.Now, go to a frame from 10-any frame you want.Then,right click on that frame and click "Insert keyframe" Now,on the last frame,move that object you want to tween to another place.Now right click on any frame thats marked and click "Create motion tween" Then,test your movie.Here is what your final product should look like.Or anything simmilar to it...

Agian,if you think it looks too slow,change the frame rate.The final product's fps is 18.
