How long does it take to get a Rune Spiked Sheild from 100 to 0?

I believe it degrades after 6 hours of combat, just like Barrows equipment does.

by the way your saying that im guessing you want it to 0 so you can sell it?

if so, just go to the vendor at fog (where you buy it with fog tokens) and he can degrede it for you so your able to sell it.
