As you can see, I have all the technology you can get.
Since I have it all, the "New Technology" box stays empty.
When you have all the technology researched, the "New Technology" box should go away, not stay there.

no it should not go because there will be new updates to technology.

This is a fairly easy code to fix, stop talking like you know everything about Dodian Wars and it's bugs.
Also, what does Time & Space have to do with Dodian Wars?
