I remember once that there was this bot which repeats what you show it to do so ya anyone know where to get one?

He said a bot, not a macro so I thought he was talking about RSBot. If your wanting a macro to auto-alch or something like that, I would use axife. You can find a demo here (http://www.axife.com/axmrec/download.html).
